1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the x8888 website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on x8888, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

x8888 reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable period will be suspended and balances held pending resolution.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one x8888 account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. x8888 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and all associated accounts will be suspended upon detection.

When registering on x8888, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if your information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x8888 login credentials, including your password and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes. x8888 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify x8888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

x8888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of locally supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit on x8888 is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your x8888 account balance upon confirmation from your payment provider.

All deposits made to your x8888 account are final and non-refundable once credited. If a deposit has not been credited within a reasonable timeframe, you must contact x8888 support with your transaction reference number before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. x8888 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 10 minutes for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa, though processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a method verified in your x8888 account under your own name.
• x8888 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds.
• Any bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• x8888 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

x8888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, daily login rewards, and referral credits. All x8888 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and any winnings generated from bonus play must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

6. Gameplay & Fair Use

All game outcomes on x8888 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live events in the case of sports betting. x8888 does not manipulate game results in any way that disadvantages players.

Players are expected to use the x8888 Platform for personal entertainment only. The following conditions apply to all gameplay:

• Bets placed on x8888 are final once confirmed. x8888 will not reverse confirmed wagers except where a clear technical error on the Platform's part has occurred.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the x8888 game server logs constitute the definitive record and will be used to resolve any discrepancy.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format on x8888.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing x8888 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false identity information, falsifying documents, or impersonating another person in connection with your x8888 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the x8888 Platform — including but not limited to the x8888 logo, brand name, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of x8888 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the x8888 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any x8888 content without prior written permission from x8888.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x8888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the x8888 Platform, even if x8888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, whether perceived as unfair or not.
• Interruptions to the x8888 Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your x8888 account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by x8888 in exercising its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture where Terms have been breached.

x8888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to x8888 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

x8888 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the x8888 Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including your name, Pakistani mobile number, CNIC or passport details, and payment information — is used to operate your x8888 account, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and communicate relevant platform updates and promotions. x8888 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Suspension & Termination

x8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where x8888 reasonably believes that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is in progress.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to x8888, other players, or third parties.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require x8888 to restrict the account.

You may close your x8888 account at any time by contacting x8888 support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. x8888 reserves the right to conduct final KYC checks before releasing funds from a closing account.

12. Amendments to Terms

x8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
